Your statements

Uploaded PDFs are processed in memory and are never written to disk or stored. Extracted transactions are held in memory for up to 1 hour so you can download them, then permanently deleted. We never sell or share statement data, and we never use it to train AI models.

Account data

If you buy credits, we store your email address, credit balance and plan so you can sign in with a one-time email link. We don't store passwords.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies

We use a single functional session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Analytics

We count page visits, uploads and purchases on our own server to learn which pages and referrers are useful. We don't use third-party analytics, don't store IP addresses, and identify visits only by a hash that changes every day. We record the referring site or campaign tag (for example utm_source) to see where visitors come from.
