Terms of Service

Utilly (getutilly.com) is operated by Version1 Advisor LLC, 1001 E 12th St, Austin, TX 78702 ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

We convert documents you upload into structured files. Output is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing converted data before you rely on it or import it into accounting software. We are not an accounting, tax or legal advisor.

Payments

Statement packs are one-time purchases of non-expiring credits. Pro subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a conversion fails our balance check and we can't fix it, contact support@version1.io for a refund of that purchase.

Acceptable use

Only upload documents you are authorized to process. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes & law

We may update these terms and will post changes here. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
