  1. Sign in to Navy Federal Online Banking at navyfederal.org (or the Navy Federal mobile app: More → Account and Tax Statements).
  2. Select Statements and pick Combined Checking and Savings Accounts.

About Navy Federal statements

Navy Federal statements put checking and savings on one statement, one table per account, with month-day dates ("06-28"), a minus after each withdrawal ("6.22-") and a running balance on every row. Utilly reads each account separately against its own beginning and ending balance, joins long descriptions whose amount is printed on a second line, and skips the Items Paid recap so nothing is counted twice.

Is my statement stored?

No. The PDF is read in memory and never written to disk, and extracted results are deleted after 1 hour. We never use your data for AI training.

Do scanned statements work?

Not yet. PDFs downloaded from online banking are text-based and work well. Scans and phone photos need OCR, which is on the roadmap.

What if it doesn't balance?

You'll see exactly how far off it is before paying. If a paid conversion is wrong and we can't fix it, email support@version1.io for a refund.
