Upload a Citi credit card PDF statement and get Xero in seconds: charges, payments and interest signed correctly and tied to your New Balance. Free preview.
Utilly reads every transaction, then checks that opening balance + transactions = closing balance. You'll see Balanced ✓ or exactly how far off it is, before you pay anything.
Citi statements have Sale and Post date columns, and payments often have no sale date at all. Utilly handles both, signs payments and credits correctly and checks Previous balance against New balance.
Works with Citi credit card Double Cash, Custom Cash, Costco and other Citi card statements. Layout tested: Sale/Post dates, payments without a sale date.
In Xero, add the card as a Credit Card bank account, then Manage account → Import a statement. Xero (US and Canada) can read some PDF statements directly; the Xero CSV works everywhere and is verified against your New Balance first.
Preview any statement free. A $9 pack unlocks 5 full statements in every format, with no expiry and no subscription. Bookkeepers with many clients can go unlimited for $19/month. See pricing.
You can preview every statement free: we show the balance check and the first 5 transactions with no sign-up. Unlocking the full file costs one credit ($9 for 5 statements).
Charges, fees and interest come out as negative amounts (money out) and payments, refunds and statement credits as positive. We then check Previous Balance − payments/credits + charges = New Balance, so you know every row was captured.
In the US and Canada, Xero can import some PDF statements directly (Manage account → Import a statement). Outside those regions, or when Xero can't read the file, use the Xero CSV from Utilly. It's checked against your statement balances first.
No. The PDF is read in memory and never written to disk, and extracted results are deleted after 1 hour. We never use your data for AI training.
Not yet. PDFs downloaded from online banking are text-based and work well. Scans and phone photos need OCR, which is on the roadmap.
You'll see exactly how far off it is before paying. If a paid conversion is wrong and we can't fix it, email support@version1.io for a refund.
